The tripping base angles on the DXT come standard with curb guards and snow catcher, and can be used as the cutting edge until worn. The optional cutting edge is made from Hardox® for maximum wear resistance and durability.
SmartLock
SmartLock® Cylinders hydraulically hold the cylinder in position when back dragging. These single acting cylinders only run the hydraulic system to extend the wings forward. To return the wings, wing return springs do the work. This is a much simpler design with less moving parts and less wear on the hydraulic system.

Our plow is a 9'2". Really glad I went with the stainless one, snow rolls off of it and does not stick. I've ran Boss for much of my 26 years I have plowed snow and wouldn't have anything else.

municipality fleet of 9'2" stainless dxt v plows 34 of them my guys can destroy anything we run these because they are the best . mounts are not low to the ground in the off season like other brands . easy on off . love the simplicity of design unlike the competition that uses multiple modules overly compact hydraulics and valves and god awful hand controls . strong durable easy to service easy to fix on that rare occasion. we can buy any brand we want we choose boss never let us down .
