- Supply your cooperative purchasing contract number to the dealer.

Who Qualifies?
Omnia Partners purchasing benefits are available to a public agency or governmental entity (e.g. state, city, county, public university or school district). *Businesses and for-profit organizations are not eligible for either cooperative buying program.
